I don’t know what it is between Sandhill Cranes and Avocets, but for some reason these Avocets did not seem to like this Sand hill Crane that was feeding close by. I have a theory that they do not like any bird walking around near their nest that is big enough to break their eggs because they nest on the ground, so they were trying to keep this Sandhill Crane away from their nest.
